Avant de commencer l\u2019analyse des donn\u00e9es, il \u00e9tait essentiel de se mettre d\u2019accord sur ce que l\u2019on entendait pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment par \u00ab m\u00e9tier en p\u00e9nurie \u00bb et quels indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance (ICP), valeurs mesurables que VDAB utilise pour \u00e9valuer ses objectifs, seraient utilis\u00e9s.
