Ce dernier niveau a \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9 comme le principal moteur d&rsquo;une organisation agile.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Services g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de support<\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un niveau transversal pour les Services de support a \u00e9galement exig\u00e9 une vision et un plan d&rsquo;action concret. ChangeLab soutient la directrice des SGS dans ce projet ambitieux. Dans un premier temps, quatre pistes de base ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en place. Celles-ci ont constitu\u00e9 le fondement de la transformation des SGS. Une nouvelle structure de gestion avec du personnel de soutien a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place afin d&rsquo;optimiser le fonctionnement interne du service et d&rsquo;en pr\u00e9parer les r\u00f4les transversaux. ChangeLab est un acteur cl\u00e9 de cette initiative.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Assistance et changements int\u00e9graux<\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La premi\u00e8re piste de base consistait en la gouvernance des SGS, ou la gestion des besoins op\u00e9rationnels et des projets transversaux au niveau central. La mise en \u0153uvre d&rsquo;une gestion de portefeuille efficace constitue un aspect important de la r\u00e9ussite de cette d\u00e9marche.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ChangeLab a adapt\u00e9 les cadres th\u00e9oriques \u00e0 la situation sp\u00e9cifique des SGS et a \u00e9labor\u00e9 une vision globale assortie d&rsquo;actions concr\u00e8tes. Ces informations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 progressivement transmises aux membres de la nouvelle \u00e9quipe de direction au cours de s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;information collectives et d&rsquo;entretiens individuels. La th\u00e9orie a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e avec succ\u00e8s \u00e0 la pratique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Afin de garantir la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de cette r\u00e9ussite, des sessions d&rsquo;information, des ateliers et des formations seront \u00e9galement organis\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;attention des principales parties prenantes.
